PREPARE YOUR DESIGN MATERIALS
To help us assess technical feasibility and generate an accurate custom quote, we need a clear visual representation of your design vision. Before reaching out, please gather the following core materials:
- Clear Visual References & Detailed Specifications:
- High-resolution images showing your overall design from multiple angles (front, back, and side views).
- Visuals can be in any format—hand-drawn sketches (pencil/pen), digital artwork, character sheets, or 3D renders.
- Close-up detail images for any specific, intricate, or high-priority areas of the build.
- Specific callouts for desired colors, surface textures, material preferences, or integrated features (such as LED lighting), ideally annotated directly on your reference images.
- Design Support & In-House Custom Artwork (If you cannot draw your idea):
- Don’t worry if you cannot draw or turn your concept into artwork! Our workshop team can help translate your written ideas into visual design concepts for free! As long as the physical costume will be crafted by Jtokucostume.
- Defined Scope of Build:
- Specify exactly which components you want our workshop to craft (e.g., Full Suit Package, Wearable Helmet Only, Chest & Shoulder Armor, or Prop Weapon Only).

WORKSHOP POLICIES & ORDER PROCESS
To ensure a smooth commissioning experience from deposit to final delivery, all custom builds follow our established studio guidelines and policies:
- Sizing, Adaptive Fit & Measurements: Once your commission is confirmed, we will provide our official measurement chart to tailor the build precisely to your body. For measurement guidelines, adaptive fitting, and special posture notes, visit our Sizing & Measurement Guide.
- Deposits, Payment Terms, and Production: Custom projects require an initial deposit to lock in a production slot, with balance payments due before dispatch. For full deposit structures and accepted payment methods, please refer to our Terms of Service.
